How you personally understand and apply strategy in your role.
How your organization actually operates, not how it intends to operate.

What to Do When You’re Done
Once completed, review your responses and your self-ratings. Look for patterns. Pay particular attention to areas where clarity is weak, tradeoffs are avoided, or economic logic is unclear.
You may submit your completed assessment for professional review, or you may use it internally to guide strategic discussion. Many clients choose to proceed next to the Execution Assessment, because a strategy without execution discipline cannot produce results.
